<p>I got a recommendation letter from an employer i worked for for 1 week. The problem is that he wrote all strengths and no weaknesses. I heard that i was suppose to tell the employer how to draft the letter but now it is much too late. Should i include the letter in my app or not?</p>
<p>honestly I would not... b/c they person known you for a week... how much can this recommendation help? I mean the adcoms have read enough recs to know the good ones from the weak ones...</p>
