Employment Experience - what to leave out?

Hi. I am applying for MS/MPH in Epidemiology. I graduated with my BS in 2005, so I have a lot of work experience since I've been out of school, almost all related to Public Health and/or research in sciences..

My question is if one typically includes ALL employment experience on the application (not resume) even if unrelated to the field they are applying. I can see maybe if coming straight from undergrad, but do you think it's necessary for me to include jobs as a bartender or sales clerk, if upon graduation I've been working in a related field for almost 5 years? I've tried to check all the schools websites but they are very vague on this topic.

Any input/guesses would be greatly appreciated!!

I stopped including my unrelated work experience from my CV and resume long ago. No one cares that I spent more than 4 years in food-service, waitressing and catering. I would leave it out because it is irrelevant.

In general, you only ever include non-relevent work experience to make up for a lack of relevent experience. After 5 years, you no longer need this.
