<p>Did anyone hear about Univ. of Alabama Birmingham,Early Medical School Acceptance Program (UAB EMSAP )interviews? Last year they invited people to interviews the first week of January.</p>

she is not able to decide if she needs to go to other interviews or not. SHe is out of state for Alabama</p>
<p>@fantastic, I would pick UAB’s EMSAP and stay. They have a great program and a great med school. Unless you’re really far away from Alabama and want to go to somewhere closer, I don’t think you should turn it down.</p>

<p>I agree with sanguinee. Check out the ratings for UAB med school, it’s waaaayy up there!!! Take it and run, unless you are very far away.</p>
<p>Confused too on what to do, UAB is oos for me, gotten 6 interviews and 1 acceptance, turned 1 interview down, awaiting interview notifications on 5 more,applied to 11 total…what was I thinking .Love UAB but way too expensive</p>

<p>On the U of Alabama for their EMSAP Program, they say that “before a student is allowed to apply to EMSAP, he or she must have already been admitted to UAB.” The deadline for applying to EMSAP is December 15th. How early do you have to apply for U of Alabama then in order to get a replay back early enough to apply to EMSAP by Dec 15? Do you apply to EMSAP as a senior in high school? Thanks in advance for any answers you guys can offer.</p>

<p>You should be a senior I think. </p>
<p>The application process opens up in early August and they give you rolling admissions. So if your goal is to apply for EMSAP, get your admission done quickly.</p>
<p>Do you know how fast it takes them to reply? For example, I think I’ll finish the application for UAB by the end of September. Would I get a reply about whether I got admitted before Dec 15?</p>
