EMT/Ambulance Corps Volunteer

<p>I'm a senior in high school who is very interested in volunteering as an EMT or in Ambulance Corps. This is not for college, but I want to use it to prepare for my interest in medicine. I am not 18 years old yet.</p>

<p>I've been searching the internet for volunteering oppurtunities in California (specifically LA County), but I have not been able to find anything. Does anybody know anything about this?</p>

<p>BTW, I dont have to become a registered EMT, but I do want the experience.</p>
