<p>Yeah. The whole transcript thing "just happened" and I'm not really sure the mechanics. I don't know if D gave a form to the guidance office or if Swarthmore sent a request to the guidance office. I think it may be just one of those automatic things where the HS sends the end of the year transcript. Maybe check with your guidance office and see if you have to give them an envelope or anything?</p>

<p>The "500 College Ave" address you listed will work fine. That's basically the address for every department on campus.</p>
<p>Just put your name followed by '09 on the transcript and the return address on the envelop and send it to the admissions office. </p>
<p>They'll eventually get it filed!</p>
<p>Yea... I just figured it out. The second to last item on the giant checklist says to send a transcript to admissions. Go figure.</p>
