<p>You should limit the naps to no more than 30 minutes. Otherwise, you're tricking your body into thinking it's about to go to sleep for a full night.</p>
<p>Yeah, B12 supplements work. They came out with a new one that's available at Walgreens. It's called 5-hour Energy. I think it's better; there's no caffeine and you don't crash after the energy is over.</p>
<p>There's this drink called Zipfizz, it has a massive overdose of B12. Does that really help? I believe it's 41,667% of daily recommended dose in one drink mix.</p>
