Energy

<p>In the past few days I've consumed several cans of energy drinks including Monster and Red Bull to stay awake and concentrate on my boring ass online classes. Now that I'm out of energy drinks and money, do you guys have any ideas on how to stay awake to do some work?</p>

<p>I have instant coffee but I want to try something without caffeine or taurine.</p>

<p>You should take a short nap. That will always give you energy...</p>

<p>Usually when I take a nap, I sleep for two hours and wake up groggier than before the nap.</p>

<p>I would recommend exercising. Wakes the mind very effectively</p>

<p>You should limit the naps to no more than 30 minutes. Otherwise, you're tricking your body into thinking it's about to go to sleep for a full night.</p>

<p>Yeah, a good power nap should be like 15-20 minutes long. I always try to do those, but I end up sleeping for 2 or 3 hours like the OP lol.</p>

<p>You could always try and pretend like your online classes are REALLY COOL! and then maybe you'd stay awake ;]</p>

<p>Do B12 supplements work and are they good for you?</p>

Word. Except it's 3 hours for me.</p>

<p>Yeah, B12 supplements work. They came out with a new one that's available at Walgreens. It's called 5-hour Energy. I think it's better; there's no caffeine and you don't crash after the energy is over.</p>

<p>I've also heard 5-Hour Energy is supposed to be great. It's a little on the expensive side compared to other energy drinks though.</p>

<p>There's this drink called Zipfizz, it has a massive overdose of B12. Does that really help? I believe it's 41,667% of daily recommended dose in one drink mix.</p>

<p>Or should I just take B12 pills?</p>
