Eng Comp 3 vs. Eng 101

<p>I'm taking Eng 101 at a community college this summer to take care of my analytical writing requirement. At orientation, my OC said it would also take care of my writing 1 requirement. Is that true? If I passed my summer school class with a C or better, would I not have to take Eng Comp 3 during the year?</p>

<p>Yes, English 101 satisfies the EngComp3 requirement. You will still need to take Writing II.</p>
