@AAA124555, yes. It changed the message a few times… once to say that all my materials had been received, then again with the same sentiment but even shorter (something like “Thanks for giving us all your materials”. I don’t remember the specific phrases.

I know this is off topic, but I recently got accepted into Mines!
Is it because of the type of people who do admissions for our region is not doing it as fast? I have no clue how popular Minnesota is for New England residents as it is for Colorado and surrounding area residents.
@BiologyMajorHere congrats! Mines is a popular school out here. Great place. They tend to have an earlier timetable than many other universities. I’m not sure how UMN does it all, timing-wise. We don’t know anyone else applying. But my daughter applied in late august, so that is probably the reason the acceptance came through in september. She has other “early action” engineering apps in, and those schools don’t let us know until december and january! We are thankful that UMN seems to have an early timeline for early action. It also took a couple weeks for the academic record and application to get matched up. Hopefully you will be hearing soon!
@BiologyMajorHere - UMN doesn’t specify when you will hear back, other than to guarantee that it’ll be by the decision deadline. As is typical every year, the applicants getting accepted at this time have very strong stats; at or near the top of the mid 50th percentile.
