engineering admissions question

I just had a quick question about requirements to the engineering college. I visited the campus yesterday and at the info session the rep mentioned that they recommend engineering candidates to submit a math sat II and either chemistry or physics sat II. The problem is that this year I took Math IIC, Lit, and Bio...would it hurt me a lot in admissions to not have the chem or physics that they want? I really don't have enough backround in either subject to do as well as I did in bio- I've taken intro to physics and Chem 1 and will be taking AP Physics this year, but not in time for the sat subject tests.

Thanks for reading and letting me know what you think.

well what are your stats - SATS, Subject Tests, Extra Currics? It's hard to judge your chances without all of that information?

I wouldn't worry too much about it. I was in the same boat as you a year ago, and decided to send ACTs instead of any SAT's for the engineering school, despite taking three SAT II's. I took Physics and Chemistry Senior year, and I think as long as you have those under your belt, you should be all set (worked for me...)

I'm sure it won't be a deal breaker. If possible, it would be good to have a chem or physics teacher write you a recommendation.
