<p>Depends on what you want to do... bioengineering JHU is clearly the better choice, industrial engineering I'd think NU, also Northwestern's material sciences is top 2 or 3 (nanotechnology) so, really depends on what you want. Other standards, like EECS or MechE, I really don't know.</p>
