My son has been accepted at Tufts and Trinity as a Presidential Scholar. He is considering both schools where he is interested in studying engineering. Does anyone know Trinity's success rate in placing graduates with a bs in engineering into top graduate engineering programs in the US? I also would be interested in hearing from any past or current Presidential Scholars about their academic experience at Trinity. Thanks!

I only know 3 Engineering majors currently doing phd (1 American 2 internationals) One is at Stanford, one at UC Berkeley and one is going to Brown this fall. Others people I know are working apparently. I’m doing econ so no idea about the engineering department (not very popular though, for the majority major in econ) but I believe a degree at Trin can open one door. The other half it depends on how smart you are.

Btw I don’t think many P.Scholars have free time to come here. They have a 4.0 to keep unless they want to lose the scholarship

Good one, mrbaby43
