<p>UPenn is great for engineering too but I would say Lehigh for undergrad.</p>

Lafayette is ranked 19th for undergrad schools with a peer assessment of 3.3
Lehigh is ranked 40th for doctorate schools with a peer assessment of 3.2</p>
