Engineering & Bio Advice

Hello! I am a senior in high school and I have a couple questions. I think I would like to study environmental engineering and minor in marine biology. I live in Florida, so I’ve been considering UF, UMiami, Georgia Tech, Berkeley, UCSan Diego, and UCF. My ACT score is 30, and on the SAT (new) my score was 1420, but I am taking it again in October. I have a 4.4 weighted GPA & 3.6 unweighted; class rank is 94/544. I’m student body treasurer, im in Mu Alpha Theta, Spanish Honor Society, & National Honor Society (Treasurer), I am a lead volunteer at the Natural History Museum; if needed, I can give more info about my classes, extracurriculars, etc.
So my questions are:
1- What are my chances at these schools? Which others should be considered?
2- What exactly is the difference between civil & environmental engineering?
3- What kind of jobs are there in the EnvE field, & is it particularly hard or easy to find them? Do these schools help find internships and such?
4- If I would like to work with ocean conservation, is this the right track or should I consider something else? Would EnvE have a lot of field jobs or more like construction, etc.?

If you have any other helpful information regarding any of this, it’d be greatly appreciated! Also, I am not opposed to out of state schools, so let me know if there are any schools anywhere not on my list (cause it isn’t final) that I should take into consideration.

Thanks!
