<p>The reason I don't have many ECs is that my first high shcool overseas didnot offer any EC's at all ( <100 students highschool)</p>

<p>I think you have a Chance based on your class rank, athletics, awards, robotics thing, but your ACT is low and did you get a C in AP Physics? Also your SAT 2's are not the best. That won't help. FYI - National Honor Roll is a meaningless thing. Good Luck!</p>
