<p>I get the feeling that people are comparing themselves to the overall Cornell University profile, but it's far more relevent to look at the profile of the college you are applying to. That said, here's the College of Engineering profile.</p>
<p>Differences from the University-wide profile include higher SATs and ranks, far more men, and fewer legacies and under-represented minorities. Also, slightly fewer are enrolled in Engineering from the ED pool than in the overall University.</p>
