<p>Since Columbia chose to defer me (and break my heart) I am working on other apps. I was wondering if anyone could clarify something about Princeton's engineering essay. I am undecided right now between engineering and biology/physics. Can I/should I write the engineering essay or is that only for committed engineers?</p>
<p>Well it certainly couldn’t hurt. I’m not sure if I’m going to major in engineering but I’m still going to write in anyway.</p>
