<p>I'm looking to get into a M.Eng program (as opposed to M.Sc)...does anybody want to give me the major differences in admissions between the two?</p>
<p>I'm not exactly an academic stud, average at best so...what are my chances are being accepted into a M. Eng school in Canada (UBC to be specific.)</p>

<p>I don’t even know of many schools that offer a M.Eng. as opposed to a MS. From what I’ve heard it’s generally a more practical based degree, but I think it’s rare enough that they’re interchangeable.</p>
<p>Where I currently go, both degrees are offered but the only difference is the name.</p>
