Engineering help

Hi I'm from Los Angeles and i'm a senior in high school. I got into UC Irvine (Civil Engineering), Davis (Civil Engineering), and Cal Poly Pomona (Civil Engineering), and Santa Barabra (i applied for Comp Sci but they gave me undeclared to letters of science) I was wondering if you all could give me input as to which school is best for me for civil engineering? Distance is a non factor and money is a non factor also. Just looking for which school is best for jobs or grad school. Thanks! Oh and if i do end up going to SB, is it hard to transfer from undeclared to Civil Engineering or another rEngineering major after a year? Thanks

Pomona has the best engineering school out of the schools u mentioned

I think UC Irvine is a great university and better than Cal Poly Pomona in other majors, but for undergraduate engineering I think Cal Poly Pomona has a stronger program. Notice that I said undergraduate. Obviously, being a Doctorate-granting university UCI would be better than CPP for grad school.
