engineering help

i was wondering if there were any decent safety engineering schools for me since i don't have the best sat scores and ec
weighted gpa is 3.68
unweighted gpa is 3.4
sat 1590 (math 610) (cr 520) (writing 460)
4 years of tennis
i know engineering is a competitive major but is there any decent engineering schools for me (electrical, mechanical or biomedical) thank you for your time

University of Alabama - Huntsville has an automatic merit scholarship for 3.0 GPA and 1130 SAT CR+M (Charger Achievement $6,400 per year), so it would be a safety if approximately $25,000 per year (out-of-state cost of attendance minus the automatic merit scholarship) is affordable for you.

University of Alabama - Birmingham has an automatic merit scholarship for your stats (Blazer Pride $5,000 per year) as well. Out of state cost of attendance minus the automatic merit scholarship would be about $20,000 per year.

Put your scores and majors (and other criteria like location etc.) into the college search engine and see what it suggests as matches.

You didn’t mention any other criteria, such as location, size, what you can afford etc.

i would prefer an mid size school of about 5000-10000
can afford within 35,000
location is flexible but prefer mid atlantic region
also a school that offers tennis as an extracurricular activity will be extremely appreciated but understands if a school doesn’t have it

UAH is in your size range. UAB is slightly above.
Both would be well under $35,000 per year.
Neither is in the mid-atlantic region.

By “tennis as an extracurricular activity”, do you mean just the presence of tennis courts, organized intramural games, or intercollegiate teams to try out for?

intramural teams that play basically just for fun

also are those schools good for someone who want to pursue in engineering

NJIT, Rowan, Temple, Penn State Harrisburg and Erie, Old Dominion, Widener…I got these and more by using the college search tool I mentioned above ;)

thanks beantowngirl but im looking for safeties, my 3 ideal schools are njit, drexel and university at buffalo
