I was wondering how hard it is to get into the engineering honors program. They don't provide any class profiles of students admitted to the program. The only information I got is that 10% of the engineering freshmen are admitted to the program. About how many students would that be? Is there someone in this forum that is part of the program? Any input would be appreciated.

They look at your SAT math score and AP Calculus scores very closely. There's no published statistics, though. Talking to classmates... I'd say at least a 700 SAT math is pretty much required, and a 750 will get you in for certain. Teacher recommendations are probably good across the board, so they won't make anyone stick out. AP Chem and AP Physics can help.

When you say AP Calculus scores, are you referring to an AP Calculus test score or my grade in a Calculus class? I started AP Calculus about three weeks ago.
