Engineering Hopeful

Hello fellow CC members, I am currently a junior in HS and plan on applying to many top computer engineering programs come this fall. Here's a quick summary of myself.

Class Rank: Top 20%-15% (check bottom)
GPA: W - 4.1 UW - 3.8
APs: Human Geography - 5 Computer Science (will take this month, aiming for 5) Physics B (will take this month, aiming for 5, self-studying)
ACT: 34
SAT: 2250 (800 Math 730 CR 720 W)
Also I will take SAT IIs in Math level 2 and physics this June

Extracurriculars:
Debate Team - numerous local awards, but none at state or national tournaments, club treasurer next year (9-12)
FBLA - state champion in banking and financial systems, will compete at nationals in the summer, chapter treasurer this year, president next year, also I was elected VP for my area and as our state treasurer (10-12)
TEAMS - JV member this year, Varsity member next year (11-12)
Science Fair - won 1st in Computer Science at local and state level (11-12)
NHS - just a member (12)

The reason for my low class rank at a very completive high school in the mid west was that I had moved prior to 9th grade from a not so great middle school and qualified for only regular classes freshman year. I had a very low GPA freshman year as well(3.4). I have taken numerous summer schools(geometry & us history) to move up in the sciences and maths. From starting with only regular classes freshman year, I moved up to 1 ap and 2 accelerated levels for sophomore year. As a junior I took 1 ap (computer science, school wouldn't allow me to move up from regular science to ap so I had to take accelerated physics and am self studying for the ap exam), I am also taking Pre-Calculus honors, and 3 accelerated classes on top of that. My senior year, I will be taking 5 aps, 1 honors and 1 accelerated level class.

Heres my senior schedule:

Chinese 3 AC
AP Physics C
AP Microeconomics --> AP Macroeconomics
Honors Advanced Computer Techniques
AP Calculus BC
AP Statistics
AP Themes in World Literature

To be honest, I don't know if I am fully interested in computer engineering. I am still thinking about doing like economics or finance because my ultimate goal is to get an MBA from Harvard or Penn. My parents want me to go get a BS and then an MBA from a top program. Here is list of the programs we are considering for computer engineering.

Brown University
California Institute of Technology
Carnegie Mellon University
Cornell University
Duke University
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Purdue University
Stanford University
University of California - Berkeley
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
Washington University in St. Louis

Please tell me my chance at these programs, thanks.

Hmm, do you by any chance know where I can find an update index that is used for the new SAT?
