Engineering in a Small School?

What are some colleges that meet some/all of these requirements?
-Smallish school (around 5,000)
-In the East Coast
-Lots of extracurriculars
-Smaller class size
-A good engineering program

Also about me, I have around a 4.1 weighted GPA and a 34 on the ACT.

URochester.

The two <10k students schools with good engineering that come to mind for me are Dartmouth and Brown. Lehigh and Bucknell are small schools with engineering.

Dartmouth usually needs more than four years for the ABET-accredited engineering degree.

Smaller (<5000 students) engineering-focused schools include MIT, Rensselaer Polytechnic, Worcester Polytechnic, Franklin W. Olin, Stevens Tech.

Your East Coast bias is limiting the number of schools. Move to the midwest and a bunch come up. South Dakota Mines, etc

c’mon - do some homework - supermatch - or surf the web
then ask specifics and people can probably help

Agree with @ucbalumnus – check those schools out. Not sure how big of an area your research is in or the tier of colleges that might make sense to check out. Others might be Buchnell, Lehigh, Tufts, Case Western.

Lafayette, Lehigh, Bucknell, WPI

Then add Union.

@doglover803-

Check out Tufts Engineering

Meets all your criteria and has a great location (for entertainment and internships) and culture.

It even offers dog therapy during exams!

Acceptance rate for engineering is 11% so it will be a reach.

Also Swarthmore.
