<p>so i have an internship that starts on monday at an engineering firm. i'm looking for some advice from people who have done this kind of stuff before. </p>
<p>since we're working with some projects that involve machinery and such, we're required to wear work boots and goggles all the time, but we're supposed to be dressed nicely (ie shirt with a collar, khaki pants)
does anyone have advice on how a girl can manage to look reasonable and incorporate the work boots and goggles? (i kno it sounds silly, but it's actually pretty hard to find clothes that match with boots like that)</p>
<p>aside from that, i'm looking for some general advice about interning. what are the dos and don'ts? what did you guys do to impress boss/coworkers/etc?</p>
