engineering/lsa

If i went to umich, I was thinking of switching to the engineering school instead of LSA prebusiness. And then applying to the bschool after 2years, so If i dont get in, I can still major in engineering. How would this switch affect my chances of getting into umich's bschool? I know their engineering school is more intense, so I would probably get a higher gpa at LSA. On the other hand, the bschools's admissions knows that engineering is more difficult, so it may help my app to show how hardworking I am, and it may make my app stand out from all the prebusiness/econ majors. What do you think??

The switch would affect your application to the B School due to the fact that there are 5 pre reqs to apply to the B School, Math 115 (Calc 1), Econ 101 and 102 (Micro and Macro), Freshman English (English 124 or 125) and Accounting 271. It might make you stand out, but are you willing take all of these LSA classes as your electives freshman year along with Engineering 100 and 101.
