Hi! I just got my sat subject scores back, and got a 720 on math II and 730 on Math I

I'm applying as an engineering major to Berkeley UMich USC and Vandy... Should I send both of my scores, just the Math II, or neither? I really thought I did better. I know it's not bad.. But for an out of state engineering major I'm not sure. They're not required at any school I'm applying to, but I know they help and are recommended at Berkeley. PLEASE help me figure this out!

I don’t think it could hurt, especially if they don’t even require it. They can’t compare you to other applicants based on your scores if not everyone sends them.

If you do send it, your score is going to be compared to other kids who send it. And based on the very selective schools you’re applying to, many (quite possibly most) kids are going to have equal or better scores. MIT is the only school I know of who posts their SAT II percentiles, but for the math subject test their 25%/75% is [760, 800]. The vast majority (probably 90%+) will have scores higher than 720. The schools you’re applying to would probably have lower ranges, but not by much since at MIT EVERYONE has to submit a Math score, but since its optional at the schools you’re considering only the highest scoring applicants are going to include their score.

tl;dr I would send it only if you feel there is something exceptionally weak in your application (SATs, grades, if you’ve never taken a formal precalculus or calc class) that you want to make up for. If your application is otherwise strong, there’s no reason to include it.

I made a 730 on math SAT 1, 2050 SAT, 31 ACT, 33 Math ACT. 4.0 UW GPA and never under a 95 in a math class. I will have 6 math credits (most offered) by graduation. All AP/Pre-AP. I’m really good at math and sad I haven’t tested as well for it. I guess I won’t send it?

Your SAT2 scores seem to reinforce your overall academic resume. Why would you not send them? You don’t lose anything by including them, and you don’t gain anything by holding them.
