Engineering Major/Business Minor Requirement Question

I'm looking into what it would take to add a business minor. I know a ChE degree's very hard to begin with, but I'm coming in with a lot of AP credit so it might be worth it. I found the list of courses you would need to take ("business minor" link under Checksheets | Undergraduate Programs | Virginia Tech), but i had a few questions.

One of the requirements is:
ACIS 1504 - Intro to Business Information Systems 3-6
This course is restricted to only Pamplin majors fall semester. Minors may take this course in spring or summer.
Solely for the purpose of the minor the following may be substituted for ACIS 1504: ALS 1514, ENGE 1024 and 1104 or 1114, ENGE 1015-1016 or 1005-1006, CS 1104, CS 1205-1206, or CS 1705-1706.

As an engineering major, I believe it would be best to substitute **ACIS 1504 with ALS, ENGE 1024 and 1104/1114/B. Looking at ALS 1514, "Microcomputers in Agriculture" really doesn't seem like something I'd want to take unless it's relatively easy and would be the best way to get going on the Business minor. The professor is listed as JW Boling and I couldn't find any info on him or the class.

Any help or recommendations would be great, thanks.
