Engineering+Math Double Major or Engineering+CS Minor

Hi I'm actually currently a mechanical engineering undergrad at Vanderbilt, but before my sophomore year starts I need to decide if I want to do a double major with mech-e and math or mech-e with a computer science minor. I have equal interest in both areas so it's really not a matter of doing what I'm more interested in, I would just like to know which one all of you think will be more useful in getting a job/in my job.

I think a CS minor might be more marketable.

I get that feeling as well but could you give me some reasoning behind that?

Because you have enough math on your back already. While a CS minor will give you some programming skills, many employers today value programming skills because their software/program might have error sometimes. It’s better if you can fix those errors by yourself, rather than going to the tech department.
Even if you have a math degree, you still need to go to Grad School for advanced knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
