Engineering math

<p>I've taken linear algebra and diff eqs, and am about to finish multivariable calc. I really don't feel like I've learned "enough" math though. Would taking a course like</p>

<p>Yes it would be useful. It would be most useful if you go on to grad school,
but even at the undergrad level, Laplace transforms would be useful in chemical process control, for instance.</p>

<p>Engineering classes usually cover all the advanced math you need, so this class doesn't look absolutely necessary unless it's a prerequisite for a ChemE course. It wouldn't hurt if you have the interest and ability, though.</p>
