Engineering or College of Art/Science?

Is it harder to get into the Engineering school at UPenn than it is to get into the college of arts and sciences? I'm undecided, but I'm considering engineering so for most of the schools that I"m applying to I'm applying as an engineering major/applying to the engineering school. However, since my high school resume isn't one that looks entirely devoted to engineering, would it be easier for me to get into the college of arts and sciences? Is there a difference in the acceptance rates?

P.S. I’m a girl!

Instead of applying based on how easy it is to get in, shouldn’t you be applying to a school based on your interests? I mean it’s so troublesome to do internal transfers…and there’s always a chance you’ll get stuck in a major you dislike. But if you absolutely insist on entering Penn regardless of major then pick engineering. Female in STEM is your best chance. You don’t have to be entirely devoted to engineering; you just have to show that you’re entirely devoted in your essays.

@LtDani Historically Penn CAS has had a slightly lower acceptance rate but in the last few years Enginnering acceptance rate has been a bit lower than CAS. Still being a girl applying to Engineering will definitely give you an edge.
