Engineering: Oregon State with $$ vs. Colorado with $

I have recently been admitted to several schools and several programs, including UW, UDel, Drexel, Kettering, UCSC, OregonSU, CUBoulder, and several others.

I am having a really hard time deciding, but I am slowly narrowing it down to Colorado and Oregon State. I'm hoping for input.

My criteria for school is a great engineering program, a marching band, some career coop or study abroad, and now West of the Mississipi.

Good Points for each:

Oregon:
-- $9470/year merit scholarship, admitted to ME
-- I interviewed for the MECOP program high school preselect, and was one of 40 students from the three Oregon tech schools to get it. I now have two six month guaranteed paid internships worth $40K, but with a fifth year of school.
-- Rain, no snow.

Colorado:
-- $4000/year merit scholarship, admitted to Aerospace Eng, which is what I want to do.
-- I have a cousin at Boulder
-- Snow, no rain.

Since I was admitted to the MECOP program, my decision is moved from May 1st, like everyone else, to April 10th. My father and I are visited Boulder on April 6th.

Some input about this would be greatly appreciated!

Depends on how much of a criteria the money is to you. I would pick CO over OR without a doubt but that is just me. If money is no issue, which school felt better to you, if money is an issue, go with the best bargain. Both are good placed to be with good programs
