Hello all,

I have tried to do some research as to how similar the two degrees actually are, but have yet to yield any great results. The engineering physics degree would be from University Central Oklahoma, which is ABET accredited. And the mechanical engineering degree would be University of Michigan- Dearborn. My options are pretty limited as I must choose a hockey scholarship to either of the schools. A little background info.. I'm from British Columbia and wanting to work in the albertan oil feeds. I have many connections in that field through family and friends, but still want to make sure i get the right degree. I'v heard on here mechanical engineers can work these jobs if they get the right internships, but can the same be said about an engineering physics major?

Thanks!
