<p>I haven't exactly decided which division of engineering I want to study (so far i'm thinking on mechanical or civil), but i was wondering which of these colleges should I apply to; please suggest any other colleges in New York State that have a good engineering program:</p>

Cornell ( i doubt i will be accepted there)</p>
<p>Also, there is a community college called MVCC that is located near me. I was wondering if it is a good idea to take engineering science there than transfer to one of those schools to major in a certain division of engineering. ????</p>
