I'm going to be entering UT in the fall as a freshmen. I already know I got into McCombs and I was wondering about the Engineering Route to BBA program. I'm pretty good at math and science. Is the program really difficult? Is this a good program to be in to get a job? Do you recommend another major?

I want to know as well. I originally planned on majoring in Engineering Route to Business but I’m wondering how having such a major would fare in the job market. I’m thinking it could either be good because it gives background in engineering with a degree in general business so you could be some sort of consultant who acts as a medium between the engineering and business sections of a firm. On the other hand, it could be bad because it could be like a jack of all trades, master of none type deal.
