What are my chances of getting into: Rutgers (college of engineering), Penn State, Carnegie Mellon, Virginia Tech, NC State.

Also, if anyone could tell me about any other good engineering programs on the east coast/mid-west, it would be much appreciated.

Those stats dont work for Carnegie Mellon.

Meant to add that you should look into University of Pittsburgh. Improved engineering program and much merit aid.
