Guys i need help. Do u have to take a specific test to get in to engineering school. Like MCAT for med school. Is there one for engineering? And whats a good GPA to get in to engineering schools? Thanks

First of all, MCAT is for medical school which is after you have obtained a bachelors. However, engineering is a bachelors degree, so you do not need a test like the MCAT to attend because many colleges offer engineering.

Thus, the GPA required corresponds to the strength of the college you’re going to be applying to.

Also, here in Canada, if you want to be a Professional Engineer, you’ll need to take an ethics test to be certified.

Finally, I think you’re a bit too young to be thinking about the MCAT and etc. and go enjoy your high school (or middle school) life.

Ya but wat if u want to go to graduate school to get a higher degree in engineering. Do u needa take an exam for it? Wat r good engineerin graduate schools?

you need to take an exam called GRE to qualify for graduate study. good graduate school is the school that offers you fund and has researches and faculties that you are interested in.
