<p>I did not apply to the Engineering School because I did not realize it had an early deadline. I still have not been admitted yet. I keep checking every day, several times a day. If I do get in, can I still get into the Engineering College? I have high SATs and ACTs.</p>
<p>Yeah I don’t know the details really but once you get accepted to the school, ask them what you should do to move into the Engineering School (call/email/visit before summer just so you don’t miss anything). </p>

<p>Your first semester won’t have much to do with your major so you won’t get off track. Switching majors and schools at UT is a fairly common thing so your not alone.</p>
<p>yea, educatemeplease is correct. once you get accepted to whatever college you applied to, you can do an internal transfer. however, you need to have completed, or in the process, of completing at least 24 credit hours before you do that. You also need to have a high UT GPA if you are trying to apply to Engineering School.</p>
