<p>Hi, </p>

<p>My younger brother is applying for college this year. He is an int'l student (south asian) and is interested in both public and private unis without any location preferences. What are good UG engineering programs for ~1800 SAT 1 score (700+ Math score), a 3.9 GPA and average ECs? His SAT score is likely to improve as he is retaking it this Saturday. His SAT 2 is scheduled for January. Thank you.</p>

<p>Your description is so broad that we could list hundreds of schools. Can you narrow it down at all? If not, go to college simply dot com and plug in your 1800. Many of these schools will have engineering. </p>
