<p>Wondering if any current students have received departmental money so far? I remember someone saying decisions would be made mid-April.</p>
<p>I received some for this current semester at the beginning of this semester.</p>
<p>For S2 Junior year , he received $1K EE/CE-Dept scholarship. The notification was quite late dated July 1st, 2010.</p>
<p>Yeah, I meant the ones for next year, so I guess April would be early. Maybe I’m mixing that up with something else. It wouldn’t be the first time :-).</p>
<p>Decisions for departmental scholarships vary between departments. Most will give decisions by mid-April to early-May. This doesn’t mean you receive the money then, however. Most departmental scholarships will be deposited in your student account a week or two before tuition is due in the fall (e.g. mid-August).</p>
