Wondering if acceptances/results have started coming out for the Engineering summer academy at Penn (ESAP). Just wanted to start a thread to keep in the loop. My son applied after the priority deadline so not sure about his chances 
Also he is a rising sophomore so I believe the chances are even thinner for the younger ones.
Hi, I am a rising junior who applied before the priority deadline and I’m still waiting for acceptance results! For priority deadline applicants I believe ESAP said results would be coming out this week. Last year I think it also took until Wednesday or Thursday for people to find out if they were accepted. Good luck to your son! What courses did he apply for?

I got the email from ESAP yesterday night (around 6:15) where I learned that I got into the Computer Graphics program! So psyched! Good luck to everyone waiting for decisions!

I am a current sophomore who attended ESAP last year. From what I saw there, there weren’t too many sophomores (I was was the only one in my program), but I assume it varies program to program. I wouldn’t worry to much about the priority deadline. Nearly all of the people I knew at the program last summer, myself included, applied regular decision. Good luck. I wish your son the best.

Do you know if all people who made it before the priority deadline receive a responce during this week or could they be pushed back until the regular decisions start rolling out?
@BobRossLives did you like the program? i was admitted but i’m unsure whether to go, especially due to the cost. i probably wont go if it’s not very fun/educational. if it was cheaper it would definitely be part of my summer plans though.
So I haven’t heard back from UPenn yet and I’m getting a little worried as they said it would be out last week. Has anyone else ran into this predicament?

Yes, I had all of my materials in before the priority deadline.
First of all, I truly feel the agonizing mood of these Penn summer engineering academy applicants. Many students applied but have no indications whether they are underreviewed or not. And after the promised mar 26th week, and still have no reply WHATSOEVER. Please, Penn with your caliber in this rigorous program, give some confidence to all these young applicants. PENN should not do this disservices to these summer students, so they can move on if rejected. I am sure you can do better.
I don’t remember, but was there a section in the application where you upload your ap scores?
My son has not heard back. He applied on March 15th and on the website they said it can take up to 3 weeks … and it is 3 weeks now. So hopefully soon
NO NEWS STILL My son wrote to them and they said many people applied this year so they are taking time. He applied by 15th March.
