Engineering Technolgy vs Engineering

Hi,

i am thinking of applying to engineering technology and need your advice on the comparison btw engineering tech and engineering.

1) difficulty
2) time and effort needed (i heard engr tech takes less time to complete)
3) career prospects (i heard engr students are paid better and have more design-based jobs)
4) post-grad studies (will engr tech students be disadvantaged when applying to post-grad? since its much simpler than engineering)

please advise,
thanks alot

The difficulty of the schools differ significantly, with eng tech being easier, much less math etc.

Refer to number 1.

Eng tech, probably equiv to eng if not better. I know the ind. tech has like a 98% placement rate.

not sure.

yeah im still wondering about #4....if people underrate engr. tech degrees how are individuals who do A BA able to do their masters in engineering, a BA degree has NOTHING to do with engineering
