<p>Does anyone know how the two schools compare with regard to engineering programs. In US News and World Report rankings UMASS comes out ahead with regard to engineering; but in the National Universities UCONN is rated much higher.</p>
<p>UCONN is well known for the success of its engineering program. I am not sure about UMASS’s program though.</p>
