Engineering vs. Engineering Tech?

Hey yall,
Could anyone offer advice on deciding between engineering and engineering tech. I do enjoy design but I would like to be able to be at the top in the future. High asperations.
:) Thanks

Engineering is more likely to bring you higher, so you’re in luck if you prefer design.

Does that seem more desirable to companies?
