Engineering vs. Engineering Technology

<p>Hi all, I'm currently a freshman studying BS in Computer Engineering Technology. What is the difference between this and Computer engineering? Also, I will be minoring in Computer Science, so can I get a job in Software development or other IT Jobs after graduation? Lastly, what are my chances for getting into Computer Science Masters? Thanks.</p>
