I am getting alot of work experience as a Marketing Engineer part-time but have never taken a business class at all. This fall I will be starting my M.S. program. And two years later will be pursuing an Engineering MBA program. What do you think about that? Is that a good course to take if you wish to open a Technical/Mangement Consulting Firm?

BTW I am also taking the F.E. Exam this fall and later getting my P.E. so that I can still have my technical background. Is that too much?

I think it's a great idea. It's a nice selling point, if you're willing to do it. My dad's an engineer in teleradiology and is head of the R&D department of a company that builds telerad systems, and he's also a practicing doc in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging. It's nice because there's someone on staff that speaks both "doctor" and "engineer" and is intimately familiar with the system. I know that it really speaks volumes to the doctors (read: CLIENTS!) that an actual, practicing doctor is involved in design.

Furthermore, as an engineer discussing engineering concepts, I'd feel a lot better talking to someone I know is an ENGINEER who also does management, as opposed to a manager who knows how to program their VCR.
