This course is in the common body of knowledge for engineering majors; it must be completed in order to take sophomore-level engineering courses. Does the school offer enough sections for all freshmen to take it? Somebody at the school suggested taking it on-line this summer from a community college in Texas, but those filled up, too.

My son could not get in it for the Fall Semester. They suggested trying again in the Spring.

Well when you go to your NSC, you will have a chance to get in. Every class opens one seat, so you better claim it fast as soon as the adding period opens.

I have heard that you can take it whenever. This is just a shot in the dark, but did you by any chance take AP Language in high school? If you got a 3 or better on that test you tested out of 104.

When I was at my NSC though they told everyone that English 104 was pretty much filled up so get it as fast as you can.
