Define good. You probably won’t get into the top 20 or so universities, but after that most schools would probably accept you as a full fee-paying student. Definitely don’t expect scholarships though (and studying/living in England can be VERY expensive).

i dont see why not
it definitely depends on what you mean by ‘good’ though because there are so many
keep in mind that studying in england is very expensive, and probably will be more expensive than in america where you would get financial aid, because in England, there is virtually no financial aid.

For UK apps, you need to show passion for what you intend to study in your personal statement + have the minimum grades for your course. You have to declare what you want your bachelors in, and changing can be a bloody mess. Be certain! And thus, what do you wish to major in? Can’t really chance you / give pointers to where you might wish to apply without knowing that ;).

Extracurriculars not related to your major are rather unimportant. I’m positive most unis will care mostly about your terrific 4.0 from junior; just be sure to explain the improvement in your statement without being overly apologetic (ie don’t let them think you were just lazy and careless).
AFAIK, UK schools are more acquainted with the SAT than ACT, so I’d consider doing the SAT once again..

And to answer your question: If by “good” you mean Oxbridge/Imperial/LSE then no chance, UCL/Durham/Warwick/Edinburgh (and others I don’t remember) tier then maybe yes, 1 tier down again should be totally doable (UK unis like paying internationals A LOT.).

Haha, wall of text ^^

I’m not even going to try oxbridge, kings college, or anything like that. I want to study biochemistry at a school that’s respectable, like 2nd tier.

for UK universities you only need ONE teacher rec and your ONE personal statement (you apply thru the UCAS common application system, the same application form gets sent to all your choice universities)…and you don’t get any chances to showcase your myriad of talents or EC achievements…so make sure you do a gd job on the personal statement and really ingratiate yourself with the teachers and get a good rec

honestly the SAT is abit of a problem…u’ll probably need at least 2000 for UCL/Warwick/Edinburgh/King’s…everything else is fine (no aid though, so be prepared to pay in full)

Nottingham is a good one but for sure it’s not in the 2nd tier. You may want to try apply there. But do prepared to pay in full ( under international students’ status science students should expect to pay over £12,000 tuition fee + >£5000 room n board for most universities in UK)

i thought ucl didn’t care about the sat? they’re more worried about aps…
