Use this basic template to formulate your essay. It’s for,the standard five paragraph essay, but you can easily expand it to add more paragraphs.
This short video is good too. Start basic and add more as you expand the ideas and add material to support your thesis.
It is meant to be hard. They want to teach you how to write a certain way. Hopefully, your professor is doing rough drafts so you can get feedback and learn.
One tip: take advantage of your school’s writing center. I wish more of my students would do that.
