English Guy Picking US College! Help!

Thank you! I have greatly condensed the list thanks to you guys!

Thank you! The population is massive too, so will probably be college kids everywhere

Thank you! Removed

Removed all of these, it does look lovely but I’m really set on America is all!

Hey! Thanks for the reply. That would be lovely to chose anywhere, but unfortunately this isn’t a list I composed. This is my universities list of study abroad partners.

Thank you , definitely not for me. Removed!

Weather is a big factor, and I trust you in regards to Rutger as you’re from NJ. All removed, thank you!

Weather is important! All striked off, thank you so much

These stats are really helpful, thank you but also overwhelming, can I ask where you would you pick in my position?

Georgia sounds interesting although I feel like the weather would possibly be similar to London

I think Florida and Cali per everyone’s advice and the weather are strong candidates, narrowing down the CA colleges however, is difficult. I removed one as a few people said it’s in a farm town or something

That makes a lot of sense. I am very academic, however, the study abroad year is more for the experience.

Thank you so much, I’ve read all the comments on that thread, interesting perspective. A lot of love for UCLA on his thread and mine, it seems

Weather is definitely a factor. Seattle and Michigan removed.

New Orleans seems like an awesome vibe from what I’ve researched, strong school spirit. Great sports.

UCLA locateed in California is a really strong candidate for me, nice weather, nice girls, ticks a lot of my boxes.

Thank you for your input

I will definitely visit regardless!

Roughly 1/3 of your posts make reference to the looks of our young women. Our daughters aren’t attending college for your visual pleasure and they aren’t a “reward” for your hard work.

u of Miami is looking like a solid choice, girls, weather, sports…

A levels: AAA Sussex Uni: the cost is 15% of the my university fees for the year abroad (nothing paid to US uni) as we have an agreement. Where US/CA students also come here for a year. Living costs is all covered by my student grant I got.

I’ve looked at this a lot per your recommendation, seems Louisiana and Georgia have great student towns.
