I'm a rising senior looking to expand my college options.
So far, a majority of my choices are public universities in my state or in surrounding states,
along with one or two LACS like Middlebury and Bard.

I also am not set on what I'd like to major in. I realize more often than not people enter college with no clue as to what they'd like to do, but I would really like to have a general idea so I can begin focusing on a certain subject. I'm very interested in the Arts...from Literature to Performing Arts. I may want to minor in Dance or at least attend a college with a good program for a dance elective.

Can anyone tell me what schools they consider to be the best for:
-English
-Journalism
-Psychology

I don’t know that I can offer any help on which places are the best since I live on the West Coast, but I feel the exact same way! I’m a rising senior too. English is a consideration and I want to major in psychology and minor in dance! Looks like we have some thing in common!

My daughter is also looking to major in Psychology and minor in Dance, or at least take dance classes. She is looking primarily at LAC’s. Kenyon is an excellent suggestion but it is very tough to get into. It is known for its strength in writing and has some amazing facilities. She also likes Franklin & Marshall and we recently visited St. Olaf. They all have great Psychology programs and offer Dance.
