English Requirement woes

<p>I am an international student studying A levels in Malaysia.
My question is : Is an IELTS band of 8.5/9 sufficient to meet the English language requirement for UNDERGRADUATE admission? (Or do I absolutely need to take the TOEFL no matter what?) </p>

<p>I don’t know what your SAT scores are, but if they are 600 or above, it seems you wouldn’t need to worry about TOEFL anyways (this seems a bit dated, though, as it doesn’t specify CR or W, so it would likely be to your advantage to hear this firsthand from an admissions officer.</p>
